INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to 205 countries worldwide.

However, please note that we do not ship to the following countries: Yemen, Libya, North Macedonia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Helena, Åland Islands, Niger, Palestinian Territory, Curacao, Tokelau, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, French Southern Territories, French Saint Martin, Tristan da Cunha, Pitcairn Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Kosovo, United States Minor Outlying Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, United Kingdom Virgin Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Sint Maarten, Western Sahara, Norfolk Island, Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Isle of Man.

Due to policy restrictions, we are unable to ship to PO Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses or military addresses..

Shipment Process

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Zones

We have warehouses in Shenzhen, China, and all goods are shipped from China.

Shipping Time

We typically ship goods worldwide via China Post/E-packet etc. economical channel, with delivery taking approximately 12-20 business days.

For expedited shipping (3-7 business days) via DHL/UPS/Fedex etc. express channel, please contact our sales team at sales@myvinop.com or via online chat for shipping cost estimates and arrangements.

Shipping Cost

We provide free shipping to 95 countries and regions worldwide, without any minimum order requirement. These countries predominantly include most of from Asia, North America, and Europe.

For the remaining 110 countries, orders are eligible for free shipping with a purchase amount ranging from $30 to $120 USD, depending on the country. If the order doesn't meet the minimum purchase amount for free shipping, a shipping fee of approximately $2-14 USD per package will be applied.

Taxes and Duties

The purchase price does NOT include import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees upon arrival in your destination country. VINOP is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@myvinop.com with your name and order number.

Request to Change Shipping Address

Please be aware that orders can only be edited or canceled before shipment through our customer support team at sales@myvinop.com. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipment information.
